Sundays, September - April at 10:45 AM
Preschool & Elementary Classes
We meet in the Blue Room (East Basement) for songs, crafts, or large group discussion before breaking up into age groups. Our faithful and dedicated Sunday School teachers will teach children the building blocks of faith through using “Spark” curriculum, activities and Bible study. If you are a visitor, please stop by the Christian Education Office, in the basement, to register. For more information, contact our Director of Faith Formation, Wanda Stelk.
Middle School Class
Students in 6th through 8th grade participate in a DVD-based study with adult leaders. Our curriculum is “Connect”, a faith-formation series for youth. Middle school meets in the youth room (West Basement).
YOW is our mid-week ministry for 3-12th Grade. It is held on Wednesday evenings starting at 6:00, September through April generally following the Grand Island Public Schools calendar for holidays and days off. When there is no school there is no YOW. Many adult volunteers make YOW an intergenerational, relationship-building ministry. The YOW schedule includes:
For Preschool to 5th Grade
For 6th to 12th Grade
Vacation Bible School is a week filled with fun and learning. We offer picnic-style meals, music and dancing, craft projects, games and outdoor play, and Bible stories EVERY DAY! Your child(ren) will be supervised by caring adults and our enthusiastic youth group members.
